Poor execution, poor communication, bad experience
After working on a deal for several days and being sent a buyer's order, I went and got a cashier's check and began my journey south to purchase the vehicle we again, spent three days working on. Part of the time frame was due to my salesman having a scheduled day off and making no effort to complete what we started. While I'm in route, I am told someone has made an appointment to view the truck I was in route to buy. I asked, how can I have a buyer's order and not be in the computer? My response was "we're a big dealership". Three sales managers and 17 salesman...and between three sales managers they don't communicate what they're doing? I manage a team and deliver to folks on 5 continents...so your argument is invalid. Then I was told if the 2pm appointment doesn't show, it's mine. As of 2:29 they still were not there...however at 2:37 I was told they had arrived...but again, by the rules I was told they had 30 minutes. The worst execution and even worse explanation and effort to provide me with service you could imagine. And...to wrap it all up, they told me they'd let me know if the truck did or did not sell...they didn't let me know. No worries though, I went to Scott Clark Toyota and bought a truck and their deal blew Love's deal out of the water. Car buying sucks as it is...this dealership is a perfect example of why car buying sucks.

Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced Chad. After further investigation I saw where the sales person informed you that the vehicle could not be held. We treat all customers with the highest respect of their time and the reply he received from you was that you still wanted to come by even though the vehicle may not be here. I'm sorry for the miscommunication. Love Chevrolet is committed to giving every customer the chance to purchase the vehicle they desire everyday. Sometimes that doesn't always work out. Your feedback helps us and helps the customer experience get better everyday. Hopefully in the near future we can help change the negative mind frame. Thank you
Excellent Dealership
February 26, 2016 on our way home from our Florida holiday, our Chevy diesel truck broke down when were about to change from the I-26 to the I-77 North. It was towed by Tillman towing to Love Chevrolet on Parkridge Drive. The diesel shop was closed until Monday morning so Mackey Monts told us we could park our camper beside the shop and plug it into a power outlet. We camped out in the parking lot until we could speak with Ken Amick, fleet service consultant, about repairs. While we waited out the weekend, we had the chance to look at some used trucks with Richard Ramick. He was a very helpful sales consultant who was willing to sell us a truck if we could not get ours running. He showed us our options and did not pressure us. He knew we were stranded but did not try to take advantage of the situation for the sake of selling a truck. Monday morning, we spoke with Ken as soon as the shop opened. The truck went in for diagnostics around 8:30 AM and by 1:30 PM it was repaired and we were back on the road. We just wanted to thank the wonderful staff as they made a very stressful more manageable!

I have to say that I was wondering if I had done the right thing with going to Love Chevrolet. There was huge confusion about my tags. Love Chevrolet went way over and above to make me a happy customer. I'm so glad I went to Love Chevrolet!!!! I would so recommend them to everyone to go there and purchase a vehicle! Great service department
I had a noise coming from my 2010 Camaro. I scheduled an appointment with Love Chevrolet and they had the car fixed by the same afternoon. The service manager I dealt with was Larry. Top notch customer service. I'm very glad I took my car here to have it fixed.

BEST PLACE AND GREAT PEOPLE
I have to go back and change my review. Love chevy was great and got me in the car I wanted and was straight up forward with me. I jumped the gun so my first post by Jobe was wrong. The finance guy was out and I was just being very inpatient. They helped me and my mom out and went over everything step by step. I would come back to these people for my next car. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Warren, and was very happy with everything about the vehicle but the wheels. So to make the deal, they offered to provide me a set from a Z71 model and told me that I was the next person in line on the waiting list. Basically when a new truck was lifted, they would give me the old wheels and tires. Said it should be a few weeks at most... Well, I called in 2 weeks, one month, two months, three months, six months, and so on and so on. Even stopped in a handful of times as well. It was always the stock reply that I was next in line. Now I do not even get a return call. It is these sort of FALSE PROMISES and NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that should make it to the top of the org chart at Love Chevrolet. If you buy from them, I would get everything 100% documented and don't fall into the same trap of trust that I did. Within a few days of this post, I was directly contacted by the general manager of Love Chevrolet, and have been provided a set of wheels for the vehicle. He was very accommodating and quickly provided a resolution that worked for both parties.
