Tyler and Luke both did a very good job of helping us find a vehicle within our budget that we were happy with. They could have written us off when the used car wouldn?t work out, but they kept working until we were able to work out a deal on the Sonic.

Dissapointed in Service Department
Had to bring in my duramax for emmisons issues, took 5 business days for it to be repaired. I have letters from Chevy for both items that were replaced (9th injector and DEF tank heater) saying that they would be covered for 10 years or 120000 miles, however the service department said there was a " hidden fuel pressure module" found in the truck( which they gave to me). I bought the truck used, so I was not aware of this aftermarket accessory. While I see their point, and after doing research on this accessory, I can't see how it caused a failure in the DEF tank. I believe this should have been covered since they are known issues. We have bought 2 new tahoe's from this dealer and the buying experience was great, just not sure the service department is the same.

Great New Car Experience at Love Chevrolet
Billy, our salesman, was really super. He answered all of our questions readily and obviously knew the cars we looked at very well. But even more he told us about features we did not know about and did not ask about. This is what really impressed my wife and I. He took the time to show us what was important about the cars we looked at. When we bought the car we decided on he helped us set it up electronically.

Excellent experience from go
I hadn't traditionally looked forward to the exercise of shopping for a car. However, after 2 good car buying experiences at Love Chevrolet, my outlook is turning around. Everyone I worked with was respectful and professional (on the phone, the front desk, salesman, manager, and finance) There was no high pressure sales strategy. We simply discussed my needs/wants, and reviewed inventory that matched exactly what I was looking for. I did my research before going in, locally and nationally, and pricing on their vehicle, as well as their offer on my trade in were both on the better side of fair to me. I'll definitely start my next vehicle search at Love Chevrolet in Irmo.

Made an appoinment to look at 2018 SS2 Camaro for Monday Labor day. My wife and I arrived at Love Chevrolet at 9:30 after driving 120 miles one way. The car was not there and had been loaned out for a weekend test drive on Saturday, It had not been returned. The salesman wanted us to wait 2 hours for it to be brought back. I can not do business with a company that does not keep its word, my time is just as valuable as yours. My wife and I agreed we do not want a new car that someone had dogged all weekend and then brought back.

We absolutely agree. It was a failure in communication on our part. They vehicle was checked out by our techs after it came back to ensure everything was still in certification standards. I'm willing to have someone drive the vehicle to you so you can see it or invite you back to the store. At the very least we would like to reimburse you for the gas wasted on your trip. Unacceptible
Took truck in for service which included having them look at squeaky break pedal. Truck was returned and the lube used making truck virtually NOT DRIVABLE...the odor from the lube is over powering. this is unacceptible - i would have been better off to leave as is ..should have been advised not only on this but on charges incurred for repair as i specifically told them to advise if there were any charges - which i was not...they dropped the ball all around on this service visit.....
