Spark plug change
During the change of the plugs a coil was ford to be damaged .At the recommendation of the service advisor I went ahead and had the coil replaced . Very pleased on how well the service was addressed and completed.

verify parts are at the dealership,check $ invoice
called the 100 Parkridge Drive Columbia, SC 29212 dealer ship, parts are available. told them i would be there in a few minutes. get to the dealership and part are not there but at the 1255 knox abbott drive. drive there and pick up parts. when i get home and look at the invoice the two parts i purchased (same exact part) are priced different. i will order from amazon next time.
