Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to Saturday morning when we bring in our other car in. Ruben was extremely easy to deal with and one of the service guys even brought me a bottle of water.

There for my oil change which was quick and easy but the

There for my oil change which was quick and easy but the advisor never brought up recall only services that could be added on. According to paperwork from FCA they can order parts for my recall and then it can be dropped off. Dealer stating recall only affects a few vehicles and only happened to 60,000 vehicles; which contradicts my paperwork from manufacturer. Stated would have to schedule an appointment for the whole day so dealer could diagnose.
