Hubby and I bought 2cars and extended warranties with

Hubby and I bought 2cars and extended warranties with cash! But that doesn’t protect you from damage done accidentally by service crew that try to cover it up with PAINT! Although we asked for small jar of matching paint incase of ding in future, we weren’t given it, So, how does the painted damage match my cars color exactly? They are responsible and need to do right. Can’t believe their answer. Still hoping for correct actions. What say you Chrysler???

Had an issue with my 2009 throwing codes for misfire.

Had an issue with my 2009 throwing codes for misfire. Set an appointment online for today and Taeylor met me at 7:00 am to discuss what I wanted done. He listened, didn't try to sell me more and even saved me from replacing an injector I had just had replaced. I had 5 injectors, plugs and wires done. It was completed in a couple of hours. The price was what was quoted and was comparable, if not less, than another shop I've used for similar work. I just dropped off another Jeep when I picked this up. They exceeded my expectations on this work, especially the turn around. I'm going to submit another review once that's complete. Thank you Taeylor and your group. Great work.

Pretty good.

Pretty good. In my experience, they've been a bit less attentive and perhaps less organized than other Larry H. Miller service departments. I'm getting extensive work done and I've had to initiate follow-up a few times. The staff is generally friendly when you're standing in front of them.

Far too often people will make significant efforts to express their complaints and show little effort in expressing their gratitude for the service provided. I recently brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and to have a concern looked at.
