This is a great dealership from management to our terrific salesman, Orlando. He went out of his way to make the deal and drove over 2 hours each way to deliver our car. He responds quickly and follows thru with all your needs. Very highly recommend. He’s a rockstar.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Jeep Chrysler at Larry H Miller 7800 E. 22nd Street Tucson, AZ 85710-8528 with General Manager Joe Owens. From the start, the customer service was lacking, but what made it worse was the outright dismissiveness and disrespect we encountered due to a language barrier. Instead of making an effort to assist or accommodate, Joe Owens was impatient and unhelpful, making my almost 70-year-old father feel as though his concerns were not valued simply because of a communication gap. A good manager should prioritize customer service, regardless of language differences, and ensure that every customer feels respected and heard. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I expected a much more professional and inclusive approach, especially from someone in a leadership position. If you value good service and being treated with respect, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Good Morning Karla Morales. When you and your father purchased this vehicle February 24th 2022 the vehicle had no damage. We can supply all the photos from when the vehicle arrived here at the dealership. Since your concerns are not mechanical this vehicle needs to go to a body shop. Typically body damage would go through an insurance claim. In this case you made it very clear if we didn't take care of this problem you would post bad reviews and contact the TV stations. Which we can all see you have started the process. Yesterday when your Father was here we offered to take the vehicle to the body shop for you and try to help pay for the body damage with good will money. So then you took it one step further and demanded a loaner car. Once we told you that we don't have loaner cars and we needed you to figure out your own transportation. Then again you became unreasonable and said you will then contact the district attorney. Then your Dad starts using profanity towards us. There is not a breakdown or misunderstanding in communication. The real fact is that you are not flexible and not only do you want us to repair body damage for free from a purchase made two years ago. You also expect us to pay for a rental car. Your demands are unreasonable and you should really contact your insurance agent. If you decide that you do want us to send to the body shop and try a goodwill payment for you we will still do what we said. Please keep in mind we do not have a loaner car for you. To the public reading this I would love to hear your point of view.

Jonathan was an amazing sales representative!
Jonathan was an amazing sales representative!!!The customer service he gave was awesome. He was very helpful and made the process of buying my new Honda pilot smooth. He had a lot of knowledge when it came to my trade in and the new vehicle which made my experience so much more easier. His customer service was above and beyond the best I have had in a while which that is not something you see anymore. So again it was an awesome experience and I’m glade they got my business and look forward to any other business with him in the future.

I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Orlando
I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Orlando Yrigolla (sales advisor) at Larry H. Miller Chrysler. He was enthusiastic, persuasive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond negotiating a good price and just made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable for me.

Avoid this service location.
Avoid this service location. Spent $625 for repair of TPM, Transmission & Parking Brake service lights. Service intake was seamless. The admin gave great advise how to drop the vehicle off. All down hill from there. Service Manager Taeylor Stevens worse communications ever experienced. Days went by without an update, until repeatedly reaching out after the 4th day of zero responses. 7 miles from the repair shop the TPM error light came back on. 15 miles from the repair shop the vehicle died in traffic. After several minutes, I was able to get the car started and scarcely made it home. Minutes after dropping $625 on the problems, the car is not functional or safe to drive. A Jeep Cherokee being repaired by the Jeep shop foreman, according to Taeylor - why? During our first conversation Taeylor asked for a list of recent repairs, to which I provided (I thought this was odd). The repairs were done by Firestone within 2 weeks of this service and included engine mounts, 4-tire replacement and wheel alignment. When the final bill was complete, these 3 recommendations were made from Larry H. Miller. When I asked Taeylor why they would recommend services I told him were done 2 weeks prior, he tap danced and then answered we just put them on the service tickets as recommended - how does that make sense?!?!? I sincerely believe zero work was done on my Jeep and this shop ripped me off. Will they refund the money, most likely not! If you want your money's worth DO NOT take your car here!
