I live about 80 miles from Galpin Ford, so did all my business over the phone. I was put in touch with Jose Gonzalez, at Galpin and he was very friendly, professional and overall knowledgeable, some questions he didn't know the answer right away, he figured it out within minutes. I'm a picky customer and I'm pleased to say this will be my first time giving any business a FULL FIVE STARS. With employees like him is that businesses thrive. As soon as I drove in to the lot, I saw my car waiting for me, my paperwork was ready and the deal was sealed. He walked me through the whole process of my first new car purchase. He was very respectful of my requests and didn't try to push for more. (I would have left as soon as he started pressuring me to buy more and more than what I had requested). Went in there on saturday Jan 18, 2014. Gary was simply a nice guy to start off. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly very patient through out the process. I got a great deal on the car that I wanted and I got more options than I originally thought I could afford. I would recommend Gary to any of my friends and family.

I was very nervous in having to get a new automobile as my last car that I bought from Galpin Ford was a 1998 Explorer XLT and I had it for 15 years! My Explorer was tired and although it was hard for me to let it go I knew that it wasn't safe for me to drive anymore. Time for a new car. The no brainer part was that I knew where I would go to buy one...GALPIN FORD!! The GM Terry Miller linked me up with Patrick Wellman and I had a great experience. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable and that all my questions were important to him. I had an amzing experience at Galpin Ford. At first I was nervous as my sales representative had moved on to a training position. However he came out to talk to me and he picked just the right salesman to assist me with leasing my new Ford Flex. He introduced me to Gary Tonoyan. Gary is such a patient person. I am a hard sale, I came back several times asking questing, test driving the vehicle and trying to get the best deal possible. Gary did a lot of work to get the color and type of flex that I wanted and made me feel at ease while I made my choices. He is very trust worthy and kind. I felt very well taken care of by him and the staff at Galpin Ford. The owners even came by to greet me while I signed my lesse agreement. I was trilled that they took the time to chat with me. It made me feel like they really care about their clients and wanted me to know how important all their customers are to them. I think their caring is why their dealership runs so great. I feel very good about the deal I received and would highly reccomend Galpin Ford to anyone I know or meet. I will be recommending Gary to everyone I know.
