My new Mustang is awesome

Curtis Cressall = Superhero?

I just purchased a 2014 Ford Focus SE hatchback and my salesperson Curtis Cressall from Galpin Ford was awesome! Not only did he beat all the other dealers I checked out for the same car but he gave me more features for a lesser price all while prepping the paperwork super quick so that I wou;dn't have to wait around for a long time. I haven't bought a new car since 2006 and this was the best experience in customer service thus far. I would recommend Galpin and Curtis any day of the week!

Not too salesy

I?ve never been someone who liked the sales process. Whenever possible I?ve made my purchases online. Mainly because I hate (I know it?s a strong word but here I really mean it) being hassled by sales people. So needless to say I was really dreading the thought of going down to Galpin to narrow my car selection between a Focus and a Fusion plug-in. When I got there and spent all of about three minutes walking the floor it happened. A salesman approached. Hear we go I thought? To scare him away I quickly told him that I was just here to look/research. That I had no plan in buying. He still offered to help. Great I thought, now he?ll just pressure me to make a purchase the entire time. Much to my surprise, he didn?t. The salesman, Michael Knerr, spent about an hour and a half with me and never placed any pressure on me to buy. We took three test-drives, albeit one very short one. He was both knowledgeable about the cars, courteous and patient. At the end of the day he did give me his b-card in case I decided to return or had more questions but that was all. It truly changed my view of the whole process and when I return to Galpin to make the purchase in a couple of weeks, I will be sure to use Michael again.

Mike & Josh Moses are the BEST!!

Our family loves Mike & Josh Moses!! I sound cheesy, but we got the best deal, in a short amount of time for EXACTLY what we wanted!! We would never go anywhere else.

Have been dealing with Galpin for years!! and I have to say this recent purchase of my new 2014 E-350 went flawless...Dana Singleton and Mike Peyton went out of there way to make this deal to the point and explained everything in a fair honest manor!! also Thanks to Terry Miller for lunch!!

Awesome super and friendly staff!

Today I leased my second car from Michael Moses at Galpin. He and his son, Josh Moses, were such a joy to work with and made the process so easy! Michael listened to everything I needed and helped me to get a fantastic deal! He gives 110% and really works hard on behalf of the customer. Both times I went in, he was able to get me out the door in a brand new car in the blink of an eye. He is truly incredible and I will never go anywhere else to buy a car!
