This was my first time buying a car, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Before heading into Galpin, I'd done plenty of independent research, consulted my personal panel of experts on the buying process, and walked in prepared to DO BATTLE. Eric greeted me warmly and we found pretty much the very car I had in mind. At that point, a friendly negotiation began and I think both parties walked away pleased with the deal that was struck. No costs were hidden and I never felt that oily feeling a lot of people report from car dealers. Overall, this was a really positive experience for a first-timer like myself, I look forward to doing it again next time. And yes, I'll go back to Galpin when that time comes.

I had an amzing experience at Galpin Ford. At first I was nervous as my sales representative had moved on to a training position. However he came out to talk to me and he picked just the right salesman to assist me with leasing my new Ford Flex. He introduced me to Gary Tonoyan. Gary is such a patient person. I am a hard sale, I came back several times asking questing, test driving the vehicle and trying to get the best deal possible. Gary did a lot of work to get the color and type of flex that I wanted and made me feel at ease while I made my choices. He is very trust worthy and kind. I felt very well taken care of by him and the staff at Galpin Ford. The owners even came by to greet me while I signed my lesse agreement. I was trilled that they took the time to chat with me. It made me feel like they really care about their clients and wanted me to know how important all their customers are to them. I think their caring is why their dealership runs so great. I feel very good about the deal I received and would highly reccomend Galpin Ford to anyone I know or meet. I will be recommending Gary to everyone I know. He is honest and I felt like he wasn't the typical salesman just trying to make a sale. He really knows what he's doing! Thanks Galpin and Thanks Gary Tonoyan!!!! I love my new Ford Flex. We came in to look at a car that we had interest in...
We came in to look at a car that we had interest in through AAA car buying service. This was our first time using this service, and we are not disappointed. The first dealer to call us was Galpin Ford, we discussed our needs with Gary in the internet department who took all of our info, got us to Blake who discussed our needs more in depth and got the ball rolling for credit checks etc. Our credit is way less than perfect and we were just putting our feelers out there to see what was available. We set an appointment with Jack Wallace for Saturday to check out a 2014 Fusion. We test drove, we filled out info, we waited and then after about 2 hours we decided that a 2014 wasn’t for us since the payments would be way too high. So we started looking at used and happened upon a 2012 fusion with low miles and went through the process again. Seriously if anyone could win an award for patience it is Jack! He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. A particular item that was important to our family was addressed promptly and understood as to why we were concerned – he honestly went even beyond in that regard and held to what he promised. Car salesmen get a bad rap (most of them deserve it). However, if you want a salesman who doesn’t play the game, shoots straight and is committed to his customer’s satisfaction; you really need to see Jack Wallace at Galpin Ford. The experience was great, Jack was great. We are proud to say that in this process we gained a friend and plan to buy our next car from Jack as well as refer anyone we can to Galpin and specifically Jack.

Amazing experience! To any future Galpin Clients who might read this review - when looking for the best deal at Galpin Ford - immediately ask for (Michael Kherr ) Both Kind - Respectful Michael worked with our limitations and kept everything within our budget! We received everything we wanted and more because of this Super-Hero salesman! Everyone knows that buying or leasing a car can be difficult at best but Michael Kherr went out of his way to personally make the experience of buying a car both fun and hassle free. Thank you Michael Kherr - This guy is a rare find!

Buying a car can be such a stressful ordeal, but NOT at Galpin Ford! My husband and I were able to purchase a car without the stress we expected. Curtis Cressall was courteous, friendly, and he REALLY listened. He did not have an agenda when he spoke to us, but instead was there to listen to our needs and helped us. We came in with an idea of what we wanted in car, and had a specific budget we had to follow. We were getting worried as 3 other dealerships were not able to meet this need. Yet, Curtis and Galpin Ford was able to make our dream a reality. We were able to purchase the car we wanted within the budget we had, as well as the financing terms that other dealerships could not do. I would definitely recommend Galpin Ford, and especially Curtis Cressall the next time you want to buy a car. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!
