Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Great customer service and great staff! Rahul did a fantastic job selling my 2023 KIA Soul to me! Highly recommend Twin Pine Ford!

Would not recommend.

Would not recommend. Had a terrible experience that has now turned into a nightmare. Buying a new car should be exciting and fun and it has been nothing of the sort. These people are dishonest and unprofessional and when you cannot use your car for months (I bought my car in December drove it one time and now it is almost March and still in the shop) because they have sold you a faulty one, they will only gaslight you, call you a liar, and post your personal documentation (ON SOMEONE ELSE’S REVIEW HOW UNPROFESSIONAL) for all to see trying to cover themselves instead of trying to fix the lack of customer service. Do your research as apparently other reviewers have commented they have been dishonest about recalls. Let me save you the trouble.. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.

Last month, my daughter bought a Hyundai Kona from Twin

Last month, my daughter bought a Hyundai Kona from Twin Pine. She drove it home and went to a local Whole Foods to charge it. It died there. She drove it for ONE DAY. Had it towed to a local Hyundai dealer and there was a recall on the battery on ALL Hyundai Konas. Twin Pine said it had been repaired and there were no active recalls on the vehicle. It had not and there was. Because there are so many Konas awaiting repair nationwide, it could take up a year to get the repair. So to summarize just bought a car from Twin Pine, DECEIVED at point of sale into believing repairs were performed that were not, car broke down after ONE DAY, am still making payments, MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR FOR A YEAR. Thanks Twin Pine! Stellar experience...not.

Twin pine was really easy to work with.

Twin pine was really easy to work with. Rahul got us a good deal on a 2022 SUV. I can see why so many people recommend them. They are very professional and accommodating.
