The salespeople that we met with were very helpful. They did not waste our time and answered all our questiones to our satisfaction.

This is the second time i've purchased from this dealership. The first was at the old location. Both were extremely seamless...no haggling somewhat straightforward although i believe i was cheated on the trade-in this time. Nevertheless, Adam Z. is growing to a great salesman. Dan W. went an extra mile with a small saving. I should get a finder's fee as a relative of mine was referred a few weeks ago and also made a purchase! LOVE THE VEHICLE even with the give backs.😄😄😄

I used the online appointment app. It was easy and I was able to relay my needs to Twin Pines Ford service center. They confirmed my appointment and offered the costumer’s waiting room to relax in while I waited for repairs. I asked questions about my braking system which they reviewed and informed my that it was working properly and would not need any repairs. I was impressed by their honesty and customer service and is the main reason I will return in the future for service. Nice job folks!
