called to make appt to see a truck and ignored our request for two days but gave the truck to another sales person who held the truck for the customer ahead of me. manager just said these things happen. unethical at the least. president should know what kind of operation is going on there

I like how we weren’t pushed into purchasing. Sale was straight forward and so was the quality of the car we bought. Disappointed on our trade in value, but we were given compensation for the 4 brand new tires on our trade that were less than a month old. It would have been helpful to have more finance managers available. Our sales guy was knowledge, friendly and helpful.
