2023 Chevy Bolt LT2 from Autonation Chevy MESA
Our purchase of a 2023 Chevy Bolt LT2 went really smoothly. We used the Costco auto program and were immediately contacted by Leo (Amilcar) Chacon who ended being our sales person for the entire purchase experience. Leo promptly answered all our questions and tracked the vehicle which we had to wait for a few weeks. Leo was great and so was Brandon Bryant from finance. We did business with another Autonation dealership in the past (in 2015, with Autonation Hyundai Tempe) and this time was even better. Definitely recommended.

Tony Grimsley was great! I had a 3 month wait for the car to be built and shipped. I contacted him every Friday for an update. He was always knowledgeable and polite. From start to finish the process went without any issues.

Took my 2022 Traverse in for 35000 mile service.
Took my 2022 Traverse in for 35000 mile service. Had them check my windshield washers which were not working. They found the pump was bad and replaced it under warranty.

Oil Change
I booked my appt through the app and had the date wrong when I came in. My appt was actually a week later. They still got me in and serviced my car. I got it back within a few hours.

Worst service at a dealership ever!
Worst experience ever of buying a new car, worst experience of customer service and professionalism I have ever witnessed. Zero satisfaction whatsoever, this dealership is a joke, failure, and a does not deserve to represent the GM product or name.

Service manager was great.
Service manager was great. He got me a rental car because it was going to take about a week and a half to two weeks to fix my vehicle, but the service tec was a thief. He emptied out everything from the glovebox, console and back storage looking for a wheel lock tool. He didn't put anything back. When I got my vehicle. it was a mess. Everything was on the floor in the front seat. I had a cup full of change and that was dumped out on the floor. I also had a wallet in the console that held only reward cards and one item that was very special to me. He took all the reward card out and left them on the floor, but stole my wallet and kept other item. I will never take my vehicle back to that dealership for service because they hire thieves.

I would have given zero stars if available.
I would have given zero stars if available. Very overpriced. Made an appointment for just an oik change and tire rotation. Still had to wait over two hours. Staff act like they dont answers to questions. Was charged about 75$ more than price quoted on the phone. Will not be back and will not recommend anyone else go there.
