AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa

I purchased a new Silverado 1500. I worked with Roberto Reyes on 2 previous purchases. Roberto is an honest guy, he will show you a vehicle that you want, not one they're trying to sell. There are not many salesmen that do that today. He listens to the customer and works with them to get them the vehicle they want. I reccommend AutoNation for buying a car and if you need service stop in and see them. Their service team is awesome as well.

First time visit and very impressed with Jonny Ribeiro my Service Adviser. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me updated. I appreciate the customer service.

We are very pleased with the service that we received. Our Service Advisor worked diligently at getting extended warranty approval from Veritas. This was no easy task, as they do not respond in a timely manner. But Thomas Muccilli kept after them until they approved the repair. This Service Department has always offered excellent service.

For starters, this was a warranty job, and the warranty company took forever, so my car was in the shop almost 3 weeks...lame. That said, I got to work with Jonny for the first time, and I must say, I am extremely impressed and happy with his communication and assistance through this long and arduous repair process - he made all the difference in the experience. He helped with a rental and applied some discounts for the work out of pocket. I'm very impressed with Jonny's customer service excellence!

I brought my car into AutoNation Chevrolet - Mesa for an oil change, thinking that was all I needed. However, upon inspection Robert Adams my Service Advisor informed me that my vehicle needed extensive repairs, but they were covered under warranty. I would not have known otherwise, and I am very grateful for his attention to my safety. He made the process easy for me by taking care of all of the paperwork and getting my vehicle repaired quickly. Thank You!!!

Eddie Leon was outstanding?. we were just coming in to look at the Toyota Highlander to see if that?s something we wanted, he made it possible for us to drive it home that night , than drove our other car to our house and filled both tanks . Kudos.To Eddie and auto nations. Would highly recommend.

Part took an extra 4 days to come in, but not their fault. Only been 2 days, but so far so good.

Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. My sales lady Jessica was awesome to work with.
