2024 Chevrolet Equinox
My husband and I went to Auto Nation in Mesa AZ around 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a new 2024 to replace my 2018, I worked with James Pittman and Vincent Anselmo. We received excellent help and our throughly pleased with our new car.

Not a Happy Customer
Had a recall in March. Stopped in your dealership. Said you would call me in a few days when part came in. Waited until June. No one ever called. I called twice. Said service manager would call me. No call. Went there again in July. Part was never ordered. Now it?s the end of Aug. Finally have appointment Aug 28th. Always a problem there. Last time ,I was there 4 hours to have work done only to be told the wrong part came in. I will not be back.

Work was done in a timely manner. Did have to take back for additional service. Was N/C and service dept did provide a rental that they paid for.

Air bag service
I brought my vehicle in for my airbag to be serviced and all they did was repair a recall and didn?t address the reason why I went in in the first place. I left with the service airbag still on and my service writer, Johhny didn?t have a very good attitude or much concerned about fixing my airbag. He informed me that I would have to come back and set an Informed me that I would have to come back and set up another appointment if I wanted to have it finished. That said, having my vehicle for an entire day and still having to make another appointment is very disappointing experience and still don?t have the problem solved. PLEASE-SEND HELP! Not sure if my driver airbag even works at this point.
