Such a great place to service your car.

Such a great place to service your car. The staff is so polite and friendly. The work is done in a timely manner. They are very hospitable while you wait. I mainly get a car from this dealership based on the service alone.

The people that I work with were all very nice and

The people that I work with were all very nice and helpful and very helpful with my purchase, however after spending about five hours in the dealership and after driving home, I realized that the car was much smaller than the car I traded in. I called the next morning to rescind the transaction before the dealership opened and my salesperson Scott said he would check to see if that was possible but he doubted I would be allowed to cancel my purchase because the paperwork had already been sent to the Secretary of State. I did contact the Secretary of State and the Michigan department of treasury and was told that it was possible to rescind the purchase and I was given a form to complete to get the tax monies back. After a week of multiple phone calls and much angst on my part, I was told that the dealership would not allow me to cancel the purchase and get my old car back. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I do understand that it was at the dealership’s discretion to allow me to rescind the contract but after driving home, I realized how much smaller the new car was than my trade in and that the new car would not have the same space to carry the things that I needed to carry. I admit that I made the mistake as I thought that the CT5 was supposed to be the same size as the XTS that I traded in.
