I was impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and great customer service that was extended to me. Chuck Dysic's customer service skills were top notch to include ensuring that I get my car back in the timeframe in which it was promised even going to another dealership to pick up parts to replace the ordered parts that were wrong order.

Everyone is really nice and the admin runs smoothly,

Everyone is really nice and the admin runs smoothly, however, why bother making an appointment if parts aren’t in the facility when my car arrives? If you recommend someone gets a new timing belt, and they schedule for that service, it would make sense to order the part. Still, work was done in one day and was well-communicated.

Was able to schedule a service appointment promptly. The whole process went smoothly and the staff was friendly. Wendy checked to make sure they had the part for the airbag recall in stock and they even washed the car.

EVERY YEAR I TAKE MY CAR THERE FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS AND HAVE ALWASYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND ALSO WITH THERE INPUT OF WHAT MY CAR NEEDS I GET MY OIL CHANGED EVERY YEAR AND ALSO IF THEY SUSGGEST. LIKE THIS YEAR THEY OFFERED A DIAGNOSTIC OF COURSE I AGREED I AM SO GLAD I DID AS THERE WAS MORE GOING ON WITH THE CAR THAT NEED ATENTION HAD I REFEUSE AND KEPT RUINNG THE CAR IT WOULD HAVE COST ME A LOT MORE EXPENCE AS FOR THE STAFF THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PATIENT.ALSO THE MACHANICS ARE GOOD . EMILY WAS THE ONE THAT CHECKED MIE IN ANDALSO KEPTED ME INFORMED WHAS NEEDED AND EXPLIANED WHAT WS NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WAS SAYING HOW INPORTANT FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED .

The service department was great, as usual.

The service department was great, as usual. I was given an appointment quickly (check engine light) and had the diagnosis and the repair completed quickly. I was given a courtesy ride home from Mr. Bob. Reasonable price as well.
