I have always had great dealings with the Service department. This interaction was exceptional as I was calling to make an appointment and usually they are always booked up however, she said if I could get in right away, I could have the appointment. It worked out perfectly! Also, they are always professional, as well as warm and friendly.

Chuck was fantastic. Very helpful and kept me informed. He explained what was done and status of other items.

Very poor communication with virtually no updates other than when I called. Took 2 weeks more than what was quoted and no explanation given. I understand they’re busy but good communication can fix almost any problem.

Trevor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of the questions I asked and the process was smooth from beginning to end.

1 of the 2 recalls was taken care of and the dealership was way better than the one in Parkville, MD. That aside, I wish I was informed when I dropped off the car the 1st time (b4 leaving) that the needed parts had to be ordered. It cost me money (rental car + Uber) & time. Thanks Chuck for the service!!
