Trevor was professional, worked with me to get the right car to meet my needs. Trevor was knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, the apps to help me with the technology because I'm nearing 70 and can't keep up with today's world. Trevor had a fine sense of humor that kept me at ease with this costly transaction. He offered me water or soda. He helped me learn the technology of the car. (He was very patient with my lack of experience with technology and car.

Staff is helpful, kind and pleasant. Offered shuttle service when complete and assisted me to getting my vehicle back.

I went in the receptionist was pleasant knowledgeable she looked up my part to try to assist me the best that she could she even called me when my part have arrived earlier than what was expected.

My service was excellent!! I had an apt @ 8am and was out by 9:30. Their waiting area is very comfy with coffee, tea and water. Will definitely keep coming here for my oil changes. Especially since I purchased my vehicle here. Ms. Wendy (Im sorry I did not grab a last name), but she is in the service dept, was very friendly and explained everything to me.

Slow service, but with good people working there. Pretty comfy there too. a bit expensive though.
