Pleasant buying experience overall and Sam my salesperson was professional and attentive to calls and questions before and after purchase. Only negative was the length of time completing sale, due to the dealership not having a finance person on the day I purchased. So the paperwork took way too long and was a little inconvenient. However, the fact that my Tiguan had a Certified VW warranty and on top of that, a Antwerpen 20 year engine warranty (on used cars under 50K miles) made me feel great about my VW purchase at this dealer as a whole.

Seems they always find something “extra” every time the vehicle goes in for service to inflate the cost. The hourly labor rate is also very high. Looking for private service centers for any additional work needed.

Overall lack of communication. Was told car would be ready on friday and it was not. I did not receive update calls. i had to call daily for updates.
