This was my 3rd time shopping here at the volkswagen location and it seem to get better and better every visit.

Their service was great, they took their time to answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed I takin my decision in buying a new car or not.

Appointment took a tad longer than predicted, but pleasant and helpful staff and comfortable waiting room.

Sam and the sales manager were amazing during our sale. We had an unfortunate situation with our previous atlas but they helped us out of that bad situation and into a new 2024!

The service writers do their best to keep you informed and explain what's going with your vehicle.

Was not pleased with the service. Because they tell me that my latch was covered under warranty then I bring it in to get service and they tell me that it's not telling me I have to pay $888 money that I don't have. Now I have another bill that I catch afford. Because they can't put it back on.

My salesperson - Sam took what could have been an easy sale of a vehicle, and still turned it into an exception car-buying experience. He educated me on the features and values of my ID4, and he minimized my closing time by providing me with the key documents to review in advance.

Great and efficient service, friendly staff. Thorough inspection. Also they have a workstation if you need to wait for your car.

It was a great experience. I got my service done, and received a call when my repair was completed. When I arrived my car was cleaned and waiting out front.
