To slow I have appointment and still take too much time to check my car

West Point Lincoln Katy Frwy was very attentive to their obligation concerning the Factory Warranty on my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus transmission repair and supplied a New Loaner Car, Corsair, for me to drive while it was in their repair facility for 47 days. Because of the length of time of repair, the Battery was drained by the car's electronics and they replaced the Battery at no charge and did a wheel alignment at no charge. I give them the top five star rating for their Service. Thank you, Tom Johns

I sent my Lincoln Corsair to Westpoint Lincoln for a complete oil change with the fluids checked etc. They did a fabulous job. I also got my windshield wipers changed and they washed my car on the outside and let me know that I need to get tires. Jesse recommended new tires and sent me pictures of him testing my tire thread so I did purchase the 4 tires. The thing that I really liked was that Donovan lhe service worker had a great helper. His name is Jesse Perez. He text me to find out if I needed anything else and kept me updated and I sincerely appreciated that.
