The level of service and professionalism is top notch.
The level of service and professionalism is top notch. I purchased my first Audi A5 from Cain back in 2011 and he created such a great experience, including every time I came in for a routine service that I had no plans to buy my second Audi from anyone other than him. His attentiveness and ability to make the buying experience comfortable and easy sets him apart from everyone else. Don't let him leave so I can buy my third Audi from him when the time comes.

I can’t help but feeling I was ripped off.
I can’t help but feeling I was ripped off. Basically a glorified oil change for over $1000. My bad for allowing that to happen. Spent $500 diagnosing two other concerns and no resolution of either. Likely last time servicing my car at niello.
