Dianne was very cordial, professional and genuine.

Dianne was very cordial, professional and genuine. Getting out of finance was a slow and painful process in having to deal with upselling the vehicle on warranties, coatings, service plans, etc. It was a bit overwhelming after negotiate the price of the vehicle and our trade-in. I did not care for the additional negotiations after the fact.

Everyone at Niello is amazing; however I am extremely disappointed that my Audi already needs motor mount replacement. My car isn’t that old and I have never had a vehicle that needs this replacement.
