I came in to have my car worked on. I was driving your rental. 2 weeks later I had to make a decision to drive my car until the steering wheel part comes in (nobody knew when and was it safe), continue to drive a rental from you all (and get charged) or finance and get a car just like the one in the shop. Taylor Swagger Is The xxxx 100%
I have personally bought two different vehicles from this dealership they were both used and they were both very reliable cars. I have to make a shout out to my advisor, his name is Taylor swagger, I have been asking him for almost impossible outcomes for the last 10 years, this man delivers everything I asked for plus. I just had a new set of tires put on my Camaro this week and an inspection and a muffler install two pass inspection. Taylor actually brought the tires that came off my car over to my house this weekend. Where do you find people like this? This gentleman has done everything under the sun for me and then use his own personal vehicle to bring me tires that came off of my Camaro to my house. I will never forget this gesture that this gentleman did for me, he didn't want to put my old tires in my Camaro so I can bring them home myself, again use his own personal vehicle to bring them to my house. What a guy

Shady sales/pricing/fee practices on used cars.
Shady sales/pricing/fee practices on used cars. I obtained a written offer for a used vehicle at Cable Dahmer through Sam's Club Auto Buyers Club. The offer was signed by a Cable Dahmer sales associate. When I called the dealership to arrange the purchase, they indicated they would not honor the written price, because it was from a 3rd party website (despite the fact that the offer letter was signed from Cable Dahmer). After multiple calls/emails, eventually, they agreed to drop the price on the vehicle very close to what the original written offer was. However, they then attempted to add on a $1,400 in fees, including a $890 "3M and Nitrogen" fee, which they said was to put nitrogen in each of the tires, and for the 3M door edge guards and cup guards. When I explained I didn't want or need the "3M and Nitrogen" they claimed the service was already done to every car on the lot. If that is true, then include it in the price of the car you are selling, don't add it as a separate "Fee" after the customer has already negotiated a price on the vehicle. Overall, very shady sales/pricing/fee practices. Stay away from this dealership.

I appreciate the excellent, and competent service I received from Cable Dahmer. I had terrible service from Molle Chevrolet, and am so thankful to now find a dealer that knows how to care for a new Malibu.

Yucky yucky yucky!
Yucky yucky yucky! I would not advise getting your GM vehicle serviced here. They never fixed the recurring issue, and it eventually caused engine failure. Then they replaced it, and guess what....it locked up again in less than seven miles. Do not get service here, and buying a car there sucks as well. Go anywhere but Cable Dahmer.

I just want to create a review about our experience with your sales representative, Jesse Reeves. My wife and I met with Jesse to pursue options for trading in either of our cars. Jesse was great! He listened carefully to our needs and interests in what we might be interesting in purchasing while an appraiser was examining our potential trade in. He was very patient with and interested in our situation as retired school teachers on fixed incomes. He showed us a number of options. We were impressed with all of them but were surprised when he had us test drive a few options that we hadn't even considered. We discovered some interesting vehicles we were impressed with and would consider beyond what we had been looking for. Our perspectives were enhanced by way of his influence. Every body wants to feel they have a "friend" in the car business and Jesse is definitely that friend! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and, yet, personal and sincere! Our concerns and interests became his, also, as he assisted us. We deferred our decision to buy, at that time because of concerns about the future of the stock market and the effects on our retirement accounts but will be looking for Jesse Reeves, specifically, when we're ready to make that move. I had a rather unpleasant experience here.
I had a rather unpleasant experience here. I found car that they had listed online and went in to look at it. The car was a two year old smaller SUV. The salesman I worked with was very nice. Although he did not seem to know a lot about the car I was looking at, which wasn't that big of a deal as I had done a lot of research on the model before coming in. After test driving the car, I was given a price by the sales manager that was $8,000 above what they had listed it online and $4,000 above what I could have bought a brand new one of the same package. They also kept asking me about what I wanted my monthly payment to be and how much I had for a down payment, which did not make any sense because I was financing with a personal loan through my bank and would be paying them cash for the vehicle. We went back and forth several times and finally they gave me a cash price that was $4,000 above what they had it listed for online and around the same price I could buy a brand new one. They also insisted I sign the little scratch paper next to the offer as we were negotiating, which I found infuriating because it felt like they were trying to manipulate me into agreeing on the spot to the price on the paper. They kept insisting I could save money if I financed through them, but I would have never been comfortable with that, and I explained that I have a personal banker that I have known for years and trust. Overall, the process seemed dishonest and shady. I ended up going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. Even if the price would have been right, my gut was telling me that I could not trust them. I would just suggest to anyone buying a vehicle here to do extensive research on the models you are interested in, what they are worth, and know what you want before going in.

Cable Dahmer doesn’t own up!
Don’t trust Cable Dahmer on Noland rd they cracked my dashboard when i took it in for the airbag recall and refuse to own up to it and fix it. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES. And don’t trust Rich in the service department either he allows this type of treatment to go on he only cares about the company and NOT THE CUSTOMERS!

Mike Nelson needs to except the word NO.
Mike Nelson needs to except the word NO. They found a better deal for me. Paperwork brought to me to sign. That was 11-30-2022. This is 12-6-2022. I just called to get a copy of it sent to me by mail. Nelson asked me more than 2 times. Is there something I am looking for. I had to say more than once. I want a copy of what I signed on November 30. I guess I will see if I get it or not.
