Team Toyota of Glen Mills

Team Toyota is not the most convenient dealership for me - I live a mile from a dealership and pass another one twice a day on my work commute. I go out of my way to go to Team Toyota of Glen Mills because they have won my loyalty repeatedly. The service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a Team Toyota customer long before Carousel Toyota became Team Toyota. I’ve bought many cars there. I have my Toyota’s serviced there. The number one reason I continue to do business with them is Jill Joy. Not only is she knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive but I trust her. Being a female and dealing with car issues and service departments is not easy. Having Jill as a resource and advisor makes me feel confident that my car service needs are being taken care of and quite frankly that I’m not being taken advantage of. I should add she is very patient with me when I have questions. I’ve know Jill for many years. She is definitely my go to person at Team Toyota!

Whenever I take my Toyota Prius in for either a service appointment or a quick check of the air in my tires, I'm always greeted with a smile and prompt attention. This dealership continues to be my go-to-place to maintain my car.

My wife and I just bought our third Prius with Duane's help. I had told him a couple of months ago that we needed to replace our car and we told him what to look for. He gave us a call last week, but we realized that that car was not going to work for us. We would be willing to spend a bit more to get a more recent model. We were lucky last Monday. I drove in without warning and Duane told me a 2015 car had just been put on sale. It had very few miles and just one owner. The short of this story is that later that day we walked away with that car with our old one traded in. Duane is so helpful and patient, very knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. A great experience once again!

The sales people always keep you updated on your vehicle. I always know I’m getting genuine Toyota parts. I bought my car here, so I service the car here.

When I arrive there ready to take me. Provide me with the amount of time it’s going to take to complete the service and are very good about letting me know if anything else arises during the service that is unexpected. I feel confident in their service.
