Service and support after the sale has been fantastic!

I've had a great experience with sales manager Dan and Mike Palombi. They were extremely accessible and responsive. Even after the sale they answered my calls and worked through an issue I had with the car. They made sure I got the issue completely worked out. Dan made sure that Team Toyota in Princeton NJ which is the Team Toyota where I live, took care of my concerns, and I didn't have to drive over 1 hour to Glenn Mills. Dan got on the phone with service managers in Princeton and with me to ensure that I was taken care of. No questions asked, I am customer going forward. My first call for my next car purchase will be directly to Dan. Thank you Team Toyota and thank you Dan!!

Toyota takes me places

So far Team Toyota has been helpful honest and thoughtful in their service of my RAV. Chris, a long time rep has given great insight. Jillian has been right up front with all anticipated repairs. Great “team” at Team Toyota!

My experience of 11/1/2018

Mr. McKenna had a difficult time assisting me and his manager, who was within earshot, did not take the initiative to assist either Mr. McKenna or myself. I was at the dealership at 7:50 a.m. for a 35k routine service. I didn’t receive my car until 4:30 p.m. The initial problem I had was Morgan Eakin put the wrong car and vehicle identification number on my extended service plan, which I purchased on October 4, 2018. The purpose of my visit on 11/1/2018 was the rectify the paperwork and service my car. Mr. McKenna could not understand how to fix this and had me waiting for 30 minutes as he tried to figure it out. Additionally, the shuttle driver did not know how to navigate the area. Horrible experience overall and I will never go back there.

Great place to buy!

I buy all of my vehicles from Dave Castor, he’s the best! He’s easy to deal with and understands exactly what I want.

Fixed the problem

Our car first had problems with lights flashing around radio. They couldn't find the problem. Then the car doors wouldn't lock & back 3rd eye light wasn't working. The service center couldn't figure out the problem so they called Toyota corp. They sent someone out & they figured out that it was a problem with the main computer system. They replaced it & fixed the problem. Kudos for the service dept on not giving up & calling Toyota Corp for expert help in solving the problem. They even gave us a free rental car while our car was being serviced.

I came for inspection waited 2 hours told two nails

Came for inspection waited 2 hours told there was nails in back tire I need a new tire could not be repaired wooden finish inspection I left took it to my tire guy took out One Nail said it didn't affect the tire took that little nail plugged it told me car was good as new had to go back Saturday to finish my inspection all they had to do was put a sticker on I got there at 11 I left at 1 there were other people that were waiting long periods of time bad customer service

car was a mess

The one good thing about the appointment was that they completed the recall work that they couldn't complete at a prior visit (spare tire cable) Car was returned with trash left inside, a tool left on the console, floor pads not put back in place (for tire recall). I was promised the car would get washed but it was not washed. I have never seen anything like this before after having work done on the car!

I feel I don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of, so I keep coming back and will until someone does me wrong

It was quick and easy to get my car in for a recall I recieved. The service was great and the work was done well.

Didn’t deliver what was promised!

Upon drop off of my car I was told it would be done the same day, most likely in a couple hours. I was also told by the valet that my car would be cleaned inside and out before I picked it up. I was extremely disappointed when I was called and told my car was going to take longer than the normal couple hours promised as the service dept. was busy only to get another call later saying it would not be completed until the following morning which turned out to be after 1 pm. Upon pickup, I discovered my car hadn’t been cleaned inside or outside and was told by Ben, the service rep that the agency never does the inside and apologized that I was given wrong information by the valet and that they “forgot” to do the outside because they were busy. Not my issue as the customer! It was also checked off on my paperwork that the car had already been cleaned. This was such a huge disappointment and quite frankly annoying that I had to change my plans as I was supposed to babysit my grandchildren the night before, but my car seat was in my car at your dealership and my plans had to be rearranged. It’s not my problem as the customer that the valet gave misinformation in telling me my car would be cleaned inside and out. Perhaps better training is in order as well as making it right by the customer. The only thing I was offered was to hang around even longer to be inconvenienced more while my car was washed on the outside, but I simply couldn’t spare the time. This is approximately my 9th Toyota vehicle I’ve had and 8th Rav 4 so obviously I’m a loyal customer. It was my first experience at Team Toyota and quite frankly may very well be my last if this is the way you run your service dept. I was so incredibly disappointed and frustrated!! I even put a call in to speak to the Service Manager after this occurred, who was unavailable at the time, but have yet to get a return call! That speaks volumes about customer care!
