Battery Assessment and Replacement.
Vehicle failed to start even after A jump. The battery was just under a year old and it was determined it would not accept a charge due to a bad cell. The battery was replaced and the entire effort required about an hour from the time I arrived. Mike Stover was the service writer and provided excellent oversight in assuring a quality engagement.

Just average
All day wait when left at 630am, for a 10k service, wished the vehicle was washed before return but appears my vehicle was last one done. You are 45min from home. Chose you due to lower service levels from Del but now youre both about the same. My salesman who is now gone, was the reason I didnt stay local. Also didnt want to wait with weekend appt. Always under construction. Waiting room smelled like tires/rubber and made me nauseous. And you request survey on Thanksgiving. Little tacky huh?

Came for oil change needed inspection
I came for an oil change but needed an inspection. Had recommendations done to vehicle- specifically left front tire (which wasnt having an issue as far as I could tell). Had to bring my car back bc of horrible screeching bc something was too tight and metal was on metal. Even though it was fixed, my breaks still sqeak and the DIDNT do that prior to the “repair”. Interestingly, this happened a couple of years ago there. Had to bring my car back bc something was overtightened. Also, I made an appt and dropped my car off on said day and somehow they didn’t know my vehicle or keys were there for an entire day. They did however cover a rental, rightly so, since I need my vehicle for work. It’s inconvenient and irritating to keep bringing your car in for an “easy fix” when you are seemingly leaving with more problems then you went in with....

Tailgate alignment issue
Customer Service at Glen Mills Toyota is top notch. Last few visits has been with Jill Joy. She is very thorough with her questions. She is an excellent. Plan to ask for her every visit in the future.

No loyalty
I will not recommend any Toyota dealer or product to my family,friends,or coworkers. I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra that has 77000 miles on it with broken valve springs and Toyota will not stand behind their motor. I have bought 120000 dollars worth of Toyota since 2013 and will never buy another. Already traded my sienna in on a Honda and my other vehicle is a ford.

Fabulous, quality work, nice people
Needed a turn signal bulb replaced. Was fixed quickly and with out an appointment. Free coffee and donuts and pc internet. Asked for “The Beverly Hillbillies” in waiting room tv and they called Comcast and made it happen. Thanks Team!

Can't do a simple thing..
What sealed the deal..."ruined the vist" I ask for a case on regular Toyota Oil, 5W-30. They tried to charge me over $120.00 for 12 quarts of oil not recommend by the manufacturer. They stated after they do not carry "Genuine Toyota Oil"...At a Toyota Dealership. This is the same person who needed to be told that regular oil is sold or can be sold by the case. I have been purchasing this oil there for a while..
