Oil change
I was sceptical to go to a dealer for service after the warranty ran out but I was pleased with the oil change I had with Team Toyota. They were prompt, courteous and I even had coupons to lower my cost. Team Toyota is a top notch car dealership and service center.

Chris Hihn is always very knowledgeable, professional and personal. He always keeps me, and I'm sure his other clients, updated on the service being performed on their vehicles. Lisa Diskin always takes the time to say "Hi" when she sees you on he show room floor or in the service waiting room.

Outstanding Service Department
Mike Stover was excellent to work with. He explained all maintenance issues prior to completion. Our situation was a long term fix. Mike set us up with a rental car and kept us updated on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend Mike and Team Toyota service department.

Mike Stover is a man of his word
I was having issues with my brakes and Mike took care of me. He texted me keeping me informed of the progress. The end result is brakes just like new again.

Cold Service
Very disappointed with service and repairs. Accusational service. Very disappointed. Not listening to the customer. Uncaring. I was unsatisfied with the “resolution” they suggest. Send an update to owner on Friday, November 30. Awaiting a reply.

Mike Stover and Randy Brody were accommodating, courteous, honest and even suggested that I could probably get up to 10,000 more miles on my existing tires. Without any high pressure I decided to take advantage of the buy 2 get 2 tire sale. Honesty is a primary incentive when making a sale.
