gave my first service for an oil change and my windows not working , a/c had an issue and very dishonest service and bunch of lies to loot money. horrible experience.

Inquired about buying a new RAV4.
Inquired about buying a new RAV4. I understand that new vehicles, especially hybrids are tough to come by. Just seemed totally disinterested in earning my business. I was willing to put more than half down. I'll just move on to someone else who would like to do business. I'd pass on this place.

Soaked My Car Carpet - Very Expensive Inspection!
Went in for an inspection 10-29-22 and was left with wet carpet! Never had such a bad service visit before. It started with a high quote for the inspection, since my appointment last year was one day short of one year ago. Nobody mentioned that when I made the appointment though. Was told I had a light bulb out and signed off on replacing it. 90 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The valet got out and I noticed the floor mat on the driver's side was soaking wet. Weather was totally dry - and so was my car when I brought it in. The valet couldn't explain it. The service advisor said he would talk to the manager to figure out what happened. I just wanted the water removed from my car ASAP. Instead he asked me to wait another hour for somebody in detailing to clean it up. After 75 more minutes they told me the car was ready again, yet I picked up the mat and found water underneath - the carpet was soaked. Had to leave, but spent time at home with rags pressing on it an squeezing out as much as possible over the next few days. This led to a lot of time cleaning and stressing over something that never should have happened. After going there for every 5K or 10K mile maintenance service and inspection for nearly 20 years, this experience was the worst. Got a call from customer care rep who said they would look into what happened. A few days later she said the technician claims he told me about the water and that there was a leak problem in my car. That's two more lies. The only times the advisor spoke with me were at check-in, going over items in my printed Visit Summary, sending me to the cashier, and hearing my complaint about the water. The summary says NOTHING about water or a leak. It says they inspected the floor mats, though. There is a checkmark after that bit. My advice is to avoid this place. For anyone going to this place for service anyway, take detailed pix of your car inside and out - before and after they touch it.

Was interested in purchasing a vehicle; however was informed that due to me living 40 minutes away, they could not sell me a vehicle. I've never heard of this rule, but will be mindful to not have Team Toyota on my list for any future purchases.

Dishonest pricing
Claiming 33k MSRP for a Corolla SE? Dishonest dealership and nobody should even consider doing business with them. Price gouging is a serious problem and they are taking advantage of consumers and even lying about the MSRP now.

I cannot sing enough praises about this dealership after our experience with them yesterday. From this point on my husband and I will only be trusting our vehicle purchases from CJ at Team Toyota. It was the best experience we’ve ever had and can sincerely say that CJ went way above and beyond with bending over backwards for us. He showed us our options and then made sure we were able to leave with our favorite choice at the price we wanted for our monthly budget. I’ve bought cars from other dealerships and salesmen who were great, but this experience blew all others out of the water and we plan to only go here and ask for CJ from now on.
