A great experience
Our great experience began with Brandon Newell! Due to a health issue of my husband, Brandon brought cars to our home to look at not once but twice! He even made sure to bring paperwork to my home so my husband could sign them! He was patient, kind, and nothing but respectful to my husband and I. Michael and every person from the showroom that I ended up meeting were very kind and treated my needs individuallly! Over the years we have purchased many cars and have never had such a friendly yet professional experience. Thank you especially to Brandon! You're an incredible young man!

Wonderful Experiences
I had a very positive experience beginning with working with Ed Kovatch in his providing numbers (which needed no negotiations) to picking up the new Explorer after hours the day before a snow storm. Bill Tarter (who we worked with a year ago when buying an Escape for the wife) was once again a total professional and patient representative for Brian Hoskins Ford.

Easy pick up of a new fleet vehicle.
after receiving an e-mail from my fleet administrator indicating my new vehicle arrived, George Lichowid called and said my new auto would be available for pick-up in 5 business days. 24 hours later he called again and informed me it would be ready in 2 business days, which was a nice surprize. When i arrived at the dealership the car was all cleaned and ready for pick-up as promised at 9AM. . After 5 minutes of paperwork, George reviewed all the electronics of the new car. The entire experience went very smoothly.

Nice, quick and smooth deal at the advertised price.
I had been dealing with another Ford dealer closer to home for a week. They didn't have a truck I liked, but I found one at Hoskins with an advertised price at over $10,000 off MSRP on their website, so I asked my salesman if he could get it at that price. He wanted $4,400 more. I was leaving on vacation the next day, called Hoskins and spoke to Robert Coleman at about 4 pm. He honored the deal, and had a bed liner and trifold top installed, so I was able to pick it up by 6 pm the next day, even though the accessories didn't arrive till 3. Love the truck and had a great experience with Robert. Scott in financing was also a pleasure to deal with. He kept the atmosphere light and got everything done seamlessly.

Ditto on the comments made by another person picking up a fleet vehicle....as I also had a great experience picking up an ARI company car from this dealer. As indicated...some dealers will just throw you the keys to the fleet vehicle that was only drop shipped to them. George was great with his communication....especially with all the computer / tech advances not available in my prior vehicle. It would have taken me forever to figure out voice commands, Bluetooth transfer of phone contacts, keyless entry, etc. The entire process was very fast.

Great Experience with a fleet car
Had a great experience picking up an ARI company care from this dealer. Some dealers will just throw you the keys to the fleet vehicle that was only drop shipped to them. George was great with his communication with me prior to receiving my car, as well as being very helpful and efficient when I picked it up! The whole process took less than an hour, which turned out to be 30 minutes faster than it took me to transfer my satellite radio!
