Honest and no pressure - Super Outstanding dealer
My wife and I wanted to look at a specific car, a 2016 CMAX Energi, White Platinum Metallic Tri-Coat. When car shopping (which we do once every 10 years or so), we let the Lord lead us and just jiggle the door to see what happens. We arrived at the dealership and we were admiring the 69 Mach 1 that they have in the showroom when I started talking to Bill (Tarter) about Mustangs (I have owned 5 over the years) Anyway, we had a great time talking about old Fords and he easily asked us if we were interested in anything. We said yes and Bill brought the car around for us to look at. We test drove the car and then started talking once again with Bill. Earlier, I put in two of my vehicles online for a potential trade. Bill was going to hand us off to Austin for that reason, but we felt more comfortable with Bill. It was not a big deal and there were no hard feelings. Anyway, after some time talking about life and cars and kids, I put in an offer that I though was fair. Bill took the offer to Joe. Joe came out and gave me the "I need to keep the lights on" speech, but basically said the initial price was the lowest he could go. Now, I do a ton of research and that didn't sound right to me, especially with other dealer discounts (volume and customer satisfaction, etc). Plus, it is a CMAX Energi, so the customer base is very small. Anyway, Joe was just doing his job... We ended up splitting the difference and the difference wasn't that much anyway. I really do like hitting my target and getting the best deal possible. However, I think in the long run, splitting the difference will be our best deal because of the great relationships we made during the process. Everyone, including Mr. "You’re breaking my heart" DeMarino was outstanding. We picked up the car the next day...It was washed and cleaned. Full tank of gas (however, they did not charge it fully, so it was plugged in while we went through all the paperwork). We talked with Austin the next day since he has a Fusion Energi. Nice guy and I certainly wouldn't mind dealing with him on any new car purchase in the future, Scot went through all the perfunctory paper work. I had never financed a car before and this deal was 0% @ 72 months (which is amazing). All my other car purchases were cash, but this deal is still cash...only better. Anyway, Scot was patient answering all my questions....no high pressure sales on any of the extended warranties. He just offered them matter-of-factly. However, Ford does need to fix their online purchase / finance system. Only the first 3 pages of 7 printed out, so Scot had to work around that to get all 7 pages printed so I could read them before I signed. I can't say enough about Bill Tarter. He did a great job and had the right demeanor for my wife and son. We are happy and excited with the purchase and believe that the Good Lord lead us to this dealership. We had visited so many and looked at many cars / SUV's including VW (Tiguan), Ford (Escape), Chevy (Spark and Cruze Hatch), Jeep (Renegade) and Buick (Encore). I would highly recommend Brian Hoskins Ford to anyone in the market for a new car. I had also searched far and wide for the right CMAX. I even was looking as far as Virginia and Maryland to find the right car. As an FYI, I was looking at the CMAX Energi since 2013 and we knew exactly what we wanted. We did NOT want NAV because my wife likes her Garmin. We don't need the "upgraded" sound system and we did not need the automatic lift gate (come on, are we getting that lazy?). Matter of fact, we would be much happier with a manual CMAX, rather than a CVT. I think a manual Energi would be the perfect car. My wife wanted the White Platinum and the Panoramic Roof. Her only complaint is that the roof does not open. Anyway, the only options on the car we bought were the roof and the paint. But at least for 2016, the Energi's only come in the upscale SEL. This was the perfect car at the right time for us.

Good Service
I had a great experience purchasing a 2012 Ford Focus at Brian Hoskin's Ford! Marie DiMassa was helpful and good at keeping in touch - she helped us through the whole process. The car is great and really good quality! However, I did have trouble with the passenger side window when I got the vehicle home, but the service team at Brian Hoskin's fixed it at no charge! They really stand behind their products so I would recommend the dealership to anyone!

2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4

Brandon and Mike were great
Bought a GMC 2500 from the dealership. Well worth the 53 miles I drove to their dealership. Both Brandon and Mike both were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without any of the usual pressure sales tactics some sales people use. They don't seem to need pressure tactics. Their professionalism and attention to their customer's needs is what sells cars at this dealership.

horrible dealership
My fiancé and I went into to look at a Ford Mustang about 4-5 months ago. And we have had about a hundred issues. As we went in, it was a very pressured environment, not welcoming.. you could tell they just wanted our money. After purchasing the car we were promised a 3 years or 36,000 miles. As the car in the shop right now, we were told we weren't under a warranty. Secondly, they sold us the car with a recall on the airbags and now they refuse to fix it. Because "they don't have it" THEN ORDER IT! It's a new sound after a different and the service people have been less than helpful with everything. Very disappointed and would not ever recommend this dealer/dealership

Mike is my go to guy.

I am usually not very fond of Car Dealerships for various reasons. However, from the time I began my search to the sale of a vehicle, the communication level was excellent. No BS with endless and useless emails and phone calls. Brandon Newell our Sales Associate was straight forward from the very beginning. He took the time to listen while providing me with all the correct information and pricing the first time. No surprises what so ever when we arrived at the dealership. He stood behind everything he said and promised as did their Sales Manager, Joe DeMarino. A very pleasant and easy transaction from A-Z. They obviously have been in business for a long time for a reason. Its all about the customer and they obviously stand behind that objective. I would certainly recommend this dealership. We drove over 2hrs. to see them. It was time well spent.
