Surprised with how easy they made it
My check engine light went on and I brought my Ford Escape in. It was determined that they needed to hang onto my car for a week so they rented me a car through Enterprise. Then they replaced the entire engine because a service bulletin had been issued for the Cylinder 3 misfire code that had come up. I picked my car up after the week and was on my way with a new engine-----under warranty, so no charge to me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful during this experience.

Great experience
We just leased a 2018 Ford Explorer. We were apprehensive about going because we werent looking for a new car but ours died so we had no choice. They worked with us and got us a great deal. No one was pushy at all. Brandon was the guy we dealt with most of the time. He was great and we were very pleased with the service. We love the car!

Painless Inspection
Just realized my inspection was due, and they managed to get me a convenient appointment and they got it done as fast as I've ever had. No nonsense or fishy issues. This is my third car from Hoskins Ford, and I don't expect it will be my last.

got problem corrected intermitting recption on radio
needed to correct intermitting reception on radio , got it corrected in great time while waiting the problem at this point seems corrected. the reception is working

Truth and Honesty
I had a excellent experience with this Dealership ,however, there was one issue about the 2011 Ford Ranger XLT that I eventually purchase and that was the Carfax Report reported that this Ranger was not in a accident. I took this Ranger on 02/26/2018 to auto body shop that told me that the Truck was involved in some kind of fender bender...To replace this bumper will cost me close to a thousand dollars .My only advice would be to not believe everything in a Carfax report. I think the Dealer should have at least met me half way on the repairs.. Besides that I'm enjoying the Ranger..
