I brought my automobile in for Servicing and the service representative was amazing. Not only did she explain what needed to be done and how long it will take but at the end when I picked up my car she went over a report explaining everything that was done in detail. I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my vehicle from Brian Hoskins Ford but every time I come in for servicing I have the same type of experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for a place to get your car serviced because not only do get a detailed explanation of what your car needs but it also gets done timely and the staff is wonderful and makes you feel like a person not a customer

We were shopping for a car for my mother-in-law. After looking at 3 different dealers, we just didn't feel like the sales people were listening to our needs nor did they try to meet us at a payment we were comfortable with. Joe Demarino at Hoskins Ford was so great to work with. Not only did he understand what we wanted, he dropped a car off for my mother-in-law to drive for a few days to make sure she liked it before we bought it and the guy who dropped it off spent time with her showing her how all the features worked in the car. Joe was easy to negotiate with and it was just an overall good experience. We will definitely go back to Hoskins for our future vehicles and also refer others.

Basically I stopped in to have my tires checked on the 2011 Ford Explorer that I was driving when Diamond Dave Spriggs spotted me in the service area. I was enjoying a cup of coffee and he wanted to show me what they had in stock. So we went for a ride in a 2015 Ford Edge. This was on a Thursday, March 15, 2018 to be exact! So I said that I would think about it and let him know on Friday morning between 10:30 AM and 12 noon! Scot Shandler had the paperwork ready for me in no time and I was able to keep my 1:00 PM hair dresser appointment. Brian Hoskins Ford service department worked on the car on Friday afternoon and all day Saturday for a Monday afternoon pickup on the 19th of March, 2018. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with Brian Hoskins Ford.

Bought new tires and your dealership refuses to sell roadhaz on new tires.They said you can only get roadhaz on new car.I know this is not true
