Purchase of my 2017 Silverado

Excellent process from sales to financing! I am very happy with my Silverado, I have had it for three months, and I have driven it 7000 miles. I am getting 24-25 on the highway and about 21 around town, much higher than I would have expected.

2013 silverado

I had rust spots on my bumper looked at to see if there was any recall for it. I was told no. Took it to a local body shop for repair. They removed the center panel and found it to be rusting from the inside out. It.cost over $600 it get it fixed. I'm very disappointed the Chevy didn't cover it.

Highly recommended service department.

I recently had my wife's Tahoe in for a large repair to the AC system. Chris O'Brien and Eric Heggelke in the service department did a super job on the truck. The AC is fixed, blowing real cold air. This was my first visit to Botnick, on a recommendation from a friend, and I am now a very happy customer. Thank you Chris and Eric!

New Malibu

On May 15 , I traded in a 13 Camaro, for a 17 Malibu. I could not be happier. The price discussion went good, and I picked up my new car that afternoon, it looked beautiful,I love it. Dennis, Kathy, Perry, Carl, and Mark, are the best.

Amazing

My family has purchased over 20 cars at botnicks in the last 3 years always 100% satisfied, have used Val in the past and now Amanda love them both, Carl is a bit rough around the edges but if you get to know him he is a teddy bear. GREAT experience every time service has always treated me with respect as well....would not go anywhere else, so if your in the market for a new or used car contact Amanda she works hard for you and always makes time for you and goes over every aspect of the car upon delivery and after. I feel like I couldn't be treated any better anywhere.
