Michael was spot on with detail to attention of what I needed. I switched from Royal Oak Ford after 8 vehicles, our business moving forward will stay with Michael. He is extremely reputable, if I could give him 5 stars I’d give him 20. I have already highly recommended him to several friends for future business. He kept me up to date on all things instrumental for my lease and his professional demeanor, his attire, polite and courteous is everything I appreciate as a customer. Michael in my opinion should be employee of the month for he really cares about the customer needs and that’s important to me being said customer

Took my car in for a recall upon picking it up there was

Took my car in for a recall upon picking it up there was greasy fingerprints all over the exterior of my car. When I mentioned it to the porter who brought it around, he seemed put off by the fact I asked him why they hadn't washed my car. He took it back around for a wash and when he brought it back I saw that my cream interior had greasy fingerprints all over it aswell around the arm rest and the door panel. Also, when I had my car serviced there for a previous recall on the airbag they ruined my dashboard, something when I asked them about it they claimed that's how all the dashboards look and it was what it was. This dealer was less than professional, their service writer was rude and clearly they don't care about their customers.

I have been buying from Bill Brown Ford since the mid 80s. My lease came due in August and as usual Rick Vaughn had me in and out within a hour. The car is great and so is Bill Brown Ford.
