This dealership is amazing! Chuck Fay met me on his day off, and let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. We worked out the deal and scheduled a pick up for the following Friday. Unforeseen circumstances caused me to pick up the car two days early, but Chuck was accommodating. The very next day, I got a flat tire and Chuck worked with my local Ford dealership to get it replaced! Chuck now has a loyal customer as does Bill Brown Ford!!

Dealership was super clean and everyone in there was super friendly. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership besides Bill Brown. I worked with Michael Gurney and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything and was patient with me while we were looking and figuring out stuff.
