Today I went in for service as scheduled.

Today I went in for service as scheduled. i scheduled online like you suggested, I requested the works package and put in the notes that I had a recall notice for the PCM reprogramming. When I got to the service desk I was told that they were only going to do the works package and when I mentioned that I requested the recall be done the adviser said he did see the recall request but said that it would need to be done at the service dept. I asked if that would be done today after the works and he replied that I would have to make an appointment which I replied that I did put it in the service request. He didnt have an answer and repeated that that is done in the service dept. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment and will not be doing any further business with this dealership as this is not the first time something like this has happened.

This dealership is 10 stars! I was not in greatest financial situation. Tony and John treated me like a celebrity. They found the exact car i wanted and made it happen in one day. Service was impeccable. Always answer my calls. They called to check on me. I cried because of how kind and how much time they gracefully explained everything to me. So trustworthy. Tony is an amazing human and salesman. I was truly blessed. These people are topnotch. I will never go anywhere else!!!! I cant say enough great things about my experience with them!!!!
