The service and professionalism at this location is outstanding, The wonderful staff at thiis location help and explain everything in detail, Ms.Raegan, Mr. Jameel and Ms. Raushanah Williams. My visit was for wheel allignment and oil change, Ms. Raushanah walk me through the paper work, and explained each task in detail. My experience was great. I will like to see another ALM Hyundai in the Covington 30014. Thanks Great job.

Everything about my service was rushed.
Everything about my service was rushed. I came in for my 7500 mile service. I think they changed the oil. Other things were overlooked and half done. I had to return to the dealership because my check engine light came on (the tech didn’t replace my oil dipstick correctly) and none of my fluids were topped off, even though paper said they were. My oil life percentage was never reset. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership, everyone was very dismissive on the phone.
