I recently had the pleasure of working with Emily at ALM Hyundai west, and my experience was outstanding. She even went out of her way and bought me lunch. Such a wonderful person.

This dealer simply provides very good customer service, kindness, and respectful treatment towards the customer, without deceptive dealings with a lack of transparency

The associate himself did the best he could, however, the processes at this dealership are awful! I’m a return customer, but I will not be coming back. The dealership has been remodeled, but the systems are not. I’ve been contacting them every week to get my information regarding my tags. I’ve been driving around with expired tags for two weeks and after making several attempts to understand the delays, I was told it was because an emissions test was not done on the car that I just purchased. I went to get an emissions test on my own and was told I would have to go to the dealership myself to pick up my tags or it would be mailed in 7 days. It’s been 10 days and still no tags or reimbursement. They also sold me on a warranty and I’ve been asking to be contacted. I’ve sent several emails, called several times. I finally got someone that said they called but no voicemail was left. I am someone who likes to and tries to leave good reviews for companies but I’ve had enough. Much work needs to be done at this dealership. This was so unfortunate.

They responded quickly to my questions about the vehicle i was interested in purchasing, providing detailed information and assistance, i was impressed by the extensive range of options available for each particular car model brand, whether i was looking for specific features or exploring different configurations, they offered a broad selection

Confident salesperson and confident in her abilities, received an immediate response to my request, and a lighting invitation to the dealer

Every member of the dealer exudes patience and helpfulness rarely encountered elsewhere, genuine care and efficient, precise information are the hallmarks of their customer approach

So far, their service has gone above and beyond, using a through method to handle all my questions, i received detailed responses to my inquiry

upon my initial encounter with this dealership i had been evaluating different models from a specific automobile manufacturer, i was pleasantly surprised by their service which made a lasting impact bi swiftly and comprehensively responding to all my questions
