Great customer service very helpful staff and a super nice waiting area for the customers

I would not recommend. The communication was awful. At the time of finance the numbers were incorrect and not what I was advised. Had to go back and renegotiate. Also, I was told that if I financed with ALM they would match the interest rate my credit union approved me for. I agreed to finance through them and not until I signed papers that I noticed the interest rate was much higher. No one told me until I saw it in writing. I accepted because I was exhausted and it was 10pm at night. I think they just wanted the sale and were going to try to swindle me from noticing. This is why dealers get such a bad rap.

Unprofessional dealership. My vehicle is still unregistered after 2 months and dealership still owe me money. Purchased vehicle April 29th No one answer phones are return calls. No manager around when you call are visit location for information.

I appreciate John Steward taking the time to help me find the vehicle I wanted with the features I was interested in.

I’ve heard, “if your mouth is moving you’re lying”. So true! Do you two keys? Lie Do you have title? Lie Can we purchase without junk fees added.? Lie It took three days to complete the deal. Just a dysfunctional Dealership. Still waiting on Title weeks later.

Very convenient easy to schedule an appointment online great customer service and they have the best sales representative. Overall great experience.

The integrity here is in the trash. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you are coming with a check or cash.
