Was a little frustrated that management wouldn't take a corporate check from my company with a certified letter verifying funds from the bank - I've done that with several other dealerships. This caused a delay in delivery of the vehicle that was very frustrating. Otherwise, the experience was very good. Mikias went out of his way to get the car I came to look at to the lot when they realized it was not there - it had been on other side of town at another location. Then he drove it two hours to deliver it to Birmingham.

Destiny was the best with handling the delays in
Destiny was the best with handling the delays in delivering the vehicle. She stayed on it and delivered it in the dark of night around 9am this past weekend. It was a strong showing of great service by Destiny for the entire ALM sales group.

Awful experience.
Awful experience. They were completely disorganized, and they somehow didn't have all of the information even though we were dealing with a "manager." Communications were also terrible, and they would leave us hanging when asking a question over the phone. But, the worst offense is their price somehow jumping significantly from what is advertised online. It feels like the classic bait and switch tactic. Definitely avoid this place.

I had a great experience today at ALM Hyundai. I needed an oil change and had to be somewhere afterward. They got me in and out in a reasonable time, and the customer service was superb!

I have been really happy with the service at ALM
I have been really happy with the service at ALM recently. Went in for an oil change & Raushanah was so amazing ! She was thorough, warm, welcoming & asked helpful questions. She really made sure i felt comfortable throughout the whole experience.
