Dario took the time I needed and really listened to my needs. He was extremely through with sharing all the features, showing me how to use them, and even setting my favorite radio station on my new car. Excellent experience, I’ll be back!

Very predatory in their sales.

Very predatory in their sales. Sold me a vehicle with bad brakes. Good mechanics, however.

Malcolm, I see you purchased your vehicle in August of 2020 with 72,000 miles. Prior to you buying the car, we did replace the rear brakes during our used car inspection. I have not had the opportunity to discuss this with you and this is the first time I have heard of any of your concerns. I see your most recent service visit shows you now have 98,000 miles on the vehicle. I would love the opportunity to discuss what your concerns are about the brakes 30 months and 26,000 miles later. The only saving grace of this dealership is their service department. Which is moot, because the management and sales departments give very little care to their patrons once the vehicle is sold. Awful communication and coordination. I can only hope they improve.

I can’t begin to sing the praises of the service

I can’t begin to sing the praises of the service department at Martin Nissan. One of our cars went to two other Nissan dealerships for service, they both missed a major problem with an oil plug, which could’ve caused major damage to our engine. The two other service departments told us to not pay attention to the engine, light and oil light that was coming on. They said it was a battery glitch. Martin Nissan immediately saw the problem. The plug wasn’t placed properly and Martin Nissan repaired it for us. Mistakes happen, but I’m glad to have Martin Nissan in my backyard.
