Our salesperson Brooke was amazing!

Our salesperson Brooke was amazing! We drove 1.5 hrs from Boston after talking with over a dozen dealerships since we felt Brooke was very honest and up front with the negotiations. They all made the process of buying a car out of state very smooth and easy. Everyone we met at the dealership was a breathe of fresh air.

Good service, 1 complaint when vehicle was done they did

Good service, 1 complaint when vehicle was done they did not pay attention enough to the phone number. Found out my car had been sitting there for a few days completed. We have an area code close to the 603 and I specifically said please pay attention to that area code number 605, but as usual no attenton to detail and for 3 days I could have had my vehicle back. Other than that everything was done very well. Thank you Tom

For about 15 years, I was a very loyal STARKEY Ford/Key Ford/Key Auto customer of York, ME. When they closed their dealership, I didn’t know where to go. Then, I moved to NH and discovered McFarland Ford. I made an appointment to establish car care. When I walked in, I was very happily surprised and warmly greeted by Frank, who worked used to work in York! I had no idea he worked for McFarland! I knew right away I was in the right place because Frank has always been honest, caring, helpful and friendly whenever I needed car assistance. What a great asset Frank is to McFarland!
