I recently visited McFarland Ford dealership in

I recently visited McFarland Ford dealership in Rochester, New Hampshire, to have my 2013 F-150 Lariat appraised, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The sales representative initially claimed that the check engine light was on, but after going out to the truck together, I showed him that the light was not illuminated. He also mentioned that the truck was "stuttering," a claim that was not true, as the vehicle runs smoothly without any issues. To add to the frustration, the representative stated that the truck needed a new motor, which is completely inaccurate. The truck is in mint condition and runs perfectly fine. Despite this, I was offered only $3,000 to $4,000 for the trade-in, which is a stark contrast to the truck’s actual market value of around $20,000. This experience has raised concerns about the dealership’s integrity and professionalism. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure that the evaluations they receive are accurate and transparent.
