I want to commend Mike Church for providing an exceptional buying experience. He was attentive to all my needs in building my truck to exact specifications. He addressed all concerns and got back to me in a timely manner if there was information that he had to gather. He even facilitated a change in paint color after original order was placed. He got the district sales manager involved in order to affect these changes. He stood by and honored the original price in spite of several manufacturer price increases. He kept me informed through the 6 month build process . He was always easy to reach as he provided his personal contact number. He is a principled no pressure guy. I feel as though I made a friend in spite of all our dealings being done via phone, text and email. The truck was delivered to Florida in perfect condition. Marc Miller who assisted was very easy to work with and contributed to the smoothness of my purchase. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give them a call.

Bought a car from them and within 30 days the
Bought a car from them and within 30 days the transmission is having to be rebuilt. Did not purchase their warranty due to it being almost $5k and it was not active for 30 days and the warranty I purchased required 30 days and 1000 miles driven, which should be the least you expect from a $25k car. Called to see if they were willing to look at it and they said there is nothing they were willing to do to help.

I will never deal with them again! We went in on Saturday...
I will never deal with them again! We went in on Saturday we knew the exact car we wanted! We put a deposit down, I told them to give us call when the deal comes through so we will know numbers! I didn’t want to sit for hours waiting! Never heard back from them. We went in at 11 am, they didn’t pull our credit until 7pm that night! Called several times on Monday left voicemail no response! Final got a TEXT on Tuesday saying sorry for the delay!! I called Dan Cummins jeep 15 mins later got the deal in 45 mins that we was there! Signed documents and everything! We was out of there in 2 hours! It has taken them 3 days and we still haven’t heard anything! Went to get my refund today and they still didn’t tell me anything! Once I told him we purchased the jeep already he said so ya just got any car! Heck no we got the same car cheaper and less hassle! Glen freedom needs to work on their customer service! I honestly think they didn’t take me and my husband serious! We make over 6 figure it was easy sale! I hate it for the sale guy due to him losing money! But I will never do business then again!!

This dealership was great with everything and very kind. Fixed our issue perfectly. Only complaint is communication. Whenever we called it would go to voicemail and had a hard time getting a timeline of when our truck would be done. They did give us a loaner vehicle that was perfect while waiting!
