Jeff Hounshell was one of the most professional sales associates I have encountered. He answered every question promptly and accurately. From the initial introduction through executing the purchase. The negotiation process and figures were fair up through and including the closing terms of our purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Hounshell was also most knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. Explanation in a clear and concise manner. Upon completing the purchase, he quickly established linkage of the vehicle with our mobile devices without the need to reference written instruction. He completed the formatting from memory. Well first they had my car all day without looking at the problem then I was shunned away with I'll text you with eta of the part and service two weeks later still nothing. Over all spent 240 on oil change and wiper blade. Horrible service dept. I guess I will have to call or text them to remind them I'm still here waiting 2 weeks later.. .

Very poor service department, my 2019 Jeep was in their facility for more than a month for a repair resulting from a warranty issue. They claimed the warranty was simply a computer issue, and refused to file the claim, $2000 later, $120 diagnostic fee, and they released my vehicle to me. Just beware, I can’t speak for the sales group but the rest seem to be very shady.

Service department is the worst, Jeep recall on overheating pressure plate led to clutch failure dealer refused to file claim with manufacturer total repair cost me over $2,000, they charged a diagnostic fee of $120 to add insult to injury…. Had my car for over a month before they repaired, of course blaming Covid for parts shortage…no loaner offered…total nightmare!

They have a very good service department. The advisors are very friendly They also have a nice waiting area
