I was in to have an oil change and regular maintenance on
I was in to have an oil change and regular maintenance on my 2024 Kia on Sept 16th. The service advisor was attentive and knowledgeable! They offered complimentary snacks and drinks while I waited. Once completed they informed me they completed all required maintenance and even washed and swept out my vehicle! This service was exceptional and doesn't go unnoticed!

I took my vehicle in for a seat control recall and a
I took my vehicle in for a seat control recall and a software upgrade. Dealer supplied a courtesy ride back to my house as the software upgrade could take up to 3 hours. I get a call after 2 hours stating two filters and my front wipers should be changed. I told them to make the changes. An hour later, I was picked up. I was handed a $200 bill. I left there feeling a little confused and questioning the validity of the repairs. Why wasn't I altered at the beginning that a deep dive inspection was to be done? Did the repairs actually take place?
