They found the issue right away. They had to keep the car overnight so they provided a rental. Car's fixed and all is good. Thank you!

Tried calling for 2 days.

Tried calling for 2 days. Nobody in service answered the phone or returned message. So we stoped in. Jerry was on vacation.. Monday when I took my car in he was there and my appointment went well. They need to improve the phone process so it rolls over to someone when there’s nobody at the desk.

James Chismark was the first person I met as I walked in. He offered his assistance immediately. At his desk I explained what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. James found me the exact 2025 Kia Soul I wanted and in my price range. His knowledge, patience and kindness made the whole process easy. And he even drove my new Soul home to me.
