I was trying to make an appointment for the near future

I was trying to make an appointment for the near future with Paul over the phone for an oil change and checking the tires and to my unexpected surprise, Nick Carlton had said, how about right now?! I was so happy!! Surpassed my expectations for sure!!! Thank you Ken Ganley Kia Boardman service dept.!!

I went in to the dealership with a fair amount of

I went in to the dealership with a fair amount of trepidation. I didn’t think I could get a loan and Will showed me that in fact I did qualify and I could actually afford a new car. He also made me feel like I absolutely deserved to have a new vehicle. I recently had my first service visit and I was in and out in no time at all. I am very pleased with how I was treated.
